1. Information We Collect and Use

You understand and agree that innovatecharger is a management application for smart charging devices, with a vision of "redefining smart charging life". Through this application, users can remotely control smart charging devices, achieve functions such as scheduled power on/off, member management, device sharing, and battery level viewing, allowing users to enjoy a truly smart charging life. We will adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. For the purposes described in this policy, we collect and use the personal information you actively provide or generate through the use of our services and products. We guarantee that we will not use your personal information for any other purposes.

1. Account Registration and Login

1.1 When you register and log in to your account, we collect your phone number or email address and password to create your personal account and verify your identity for account security. 2. Connecting and Controlling Devices

When you use the innovatecharger App to connect innovatecharger devices, we collect your geographical location information, Wi-Fi network information and usage status to help you establish a connection between your phone and the device. After a successful connection, you can monitor the operation status of your device and remotely manage it through the innovatecharger App on your mobile phone. If you choose not to provide the above information, you will not be able to use this core functionality.

3. Maintaining the Operation of the Application System

During your use of the innovatecharger App, we will collect information about your mobile device, including MAC address,IP address, CPU information, memory information, SD card information, and operating system version. This information is used to collect application error information and ensure the stability and security of the system.

4. Feedback

If you encounter any malfunctions or have any questions while using our products and services and need to provide feedback, you can submit it through the App's "My - User Feedback - Submit Feedback" function. If you choose to upload photos or videos, we will access your mobile device's camera or photo, media, and file functions.

5. Message Push

If you enable notification permissions, in order to ensure that the innovatecharger App can receive message notifications when it is closed or running in the background, and to send operational instructions to innovatecharger devices (such as device temperature, fan activation, etc.) through the network, our App will use the auto-start function. If you disable notification permissions, automatic push notifications will not be available.

During your use of innovatecharger products and services, we may request the following main device permissions from you. You can choose to disable some or all of these permissions in your device's settings. The display and disabling methods may vary depending on the device and operating system. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers for specific details.

6. Obtaining IMEI Personal Information (Android)

2. Account Cancellation

If you confirm that you will no longer continue to use our products and services, you can log in to your account and use the "My-Settings-Account Cancellation" function to cancel your account. We will process your cancellation request and verify your user identity within two working days. After the account is canceled, your personal information will be removed from the innovatecharger platform, and the App will no longer provide services to you. Please note that the account and password cannot be recovered or retrieved permanently after cancellation, so please handle it with caution.

3. Deletion of Your Personal Information

In the following situations, you can make a request to delete your personal information by contacting us through the contact information provided in this policy:

(1) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have canceled your account;

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

(3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;

(4) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.

We will delete your personal information within seven working days after receiving your request. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization. Once your personal information is deleted from our service, it will be permanently unrecoverable.

3. 维护应用系统的运行

在您使用innovatecharger App期间，我们会获取您的手机设备信息，包括：mac地址、ip地址、cpu信息、内存信息、SD卡信息、操作系统版本。用以收集应用的异常信息，在应用出问题后进行报错，保障系统运行的稳定和安全。

4. 问题反馈

当您使用产品和服务发生故障或有疑问时需要向我们反馈时，可以通过App功能【我的-用户反馈-我要反馈】来提交。选择上传照片或视频，我们将会访问您的移动设备的拍照或照片、媒体内容和文件功能。

5. 消息推送

如果您打开消息通知权限，为确保innovatecharger App处于关闭或后台运行状态下可正常接收消息推送，以及通过网络向innovatecharger产品设备下达运行指令（如设备温度、风扇启动等），我们的App会使用自启动功能，在关闭消息通知权限的情况下，则不会有自动推送。

（2）您可通过innovatecharger App主界面功能【我的-设置-系统语言】选择语言种类。

（3）您可通过innovatecharger App主界面功能【我的-设置-修改登录密码】修改帐号密码。

2. 注销账号

若您确认不再会继续使用我们提供的产品和服务，随时可登录帐号通过【我的-设置-注销帐号】的功能来注销您的帐号，我们会在收到您的注销申请并验证您的用户身份后二个工作日内尽快为您处理。账号注销后，您的个人信息将会从innovatecharger平台移除，App将停止继续为您提供服务，并将永久无法恢复或找回帐号及密码，请谨慎处理。

3. 删除您的个人信息

在以下情形中，您可以通过本政策提供的联系方式向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：

（1）如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您注销了账号；

（2）如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；

（3）如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；

（4）如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；

（5）如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。

我们将在收到您的联系后七个工作日内处删除完毕，若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。当您的个人信息从我们的服务中删除信息后，将永久无法恢复和找回。

4. 变更或撤销授权的范围

某些业务功能（具体见本政策“第一部分”）需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成，您可通过移动设备中的设置-隐私功能变更或撤回授权范围，您变更或撤回授权后，我们将不再继续处理相应的个人信息。您也可通过注销账号的方式永久终止我们继续收集您个人信息的全部授权，帐号注销后，您的个人信息从我们的服务中删除信息后将永久无法恢复或找回。

五、我们如何存储和保护您的个人信息

1. 存储：

（1）我们将从在中华人民共和国境内运营中产生和收集的个人信息存放于中华人民共和国境内。未获得您的明示授权同意、无相关法律法规说明的情况下，我们确认不主动向其它任何机构组织提供您的个人信息。

（2）我们仅在为您提供产品和服务期间及法律法规所规定的保存期限内存储您的个人信息。在超出上述存储期限后，我们会对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

如我们停止运营，我们将及时停止收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，并对所持有的您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（1）为了保护您的个人信息安全，我们将努力采取各种符合行业标准的安全措施来保护您的个人信息以最大程度降低您的个人信息被毁损、盗用、泄露、非授权访问、使用、披露和更改的风险。我们将积极建立数据分类分级制度、数据安全管理规范、数据安全开发规范来管理规范个人信息的存储和使用，确保未收集与我们提供的服务无关的个人信息。

（2）您的账户均有安全保护功能，请妥善保管您的账户及密码信息。innovatecharger将通过向其它服务器备份、对用户密码进行加密及相关安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。尽管有前述安全措施，但同时也请您注意在信息网络上不存在“完善的安全措施”。为防止安全事故的发生，我们已按照法律法规的规定，制定了妥善的预警机制和应急预案。如确发生安全事件，我们将及时将相关情况选择以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知及相关方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况，紧密配合政府机关的工作。

(3)当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情形时，我们会及时停止继续收集个人信息的活动。上述变更，我们将以推送通知、公告及相关形式通知你，并在合理的期限内删除你的个人信息或进行匿名化处理（所谓“匿名化处理”，是指通过对个人信息的技术处理，使得个人信息主体无法被识别，且处理后的信息不能被复原的过程。个人信息经匿名化处理后所得的信息不属于个人信息。）
